fUSE5 linear peptide phage display library (15-mer)
The fUSE5 15-mer peptide phage display library is built from the
fUSE5 filamentous phage vector (AF218364.1) by replacing a synthetic 14 bp stuffer sequence with frame-restoring 45 bp random oligo nucleotides. The 15-mer foreign peptide insert is expressed on pIII and
E. coli infectivity is maintained. The fUSE5 vectors are based on the filamentous bacteriophage genome and do not require a helper phage for assembly and release of virions.
