f3TR1 15-mer linear
f3TR1 linear peptide phage display library (15-mer)
The f3TR1 15-mer peptide phage display library is built from the f3TR1 filamentous phage vector ( HM355479.1 ) by replacing a synthetic 14 bp stuffer sequence with frame-restoring 45 bp random oligo nucleotides. The 15-mer foreign peptide insert is expressed on pIII as a fusion to the N-terminus of pIII through a trypsin-recognition sequence. The f3TR1 phage display library maintains E. coli infectivity and does not require a helper phage for assembly and release of virions.
